The Process

From enquiry to finished tattoo

Getting started is straightforward. Begin by completing a quick enquiry form with a few basic details. After submitting it, you'll receive a full consultation form by email where you can share your idea, reference images and any important information. Every enquiry is reviewed carefully, allowing Oscar to provide an accurate quote and recommend the best approach before securing your booking.

THE ARTIST

Oscar Throne

My name’s Oscar, tattoo artist/ illustrator from UK. I started my tattooing journey in London at

South City Market where I started as an apprentice.

I ended up staying for 5 years, progressing from apprentice to resident artist. I began tattooing solid black designs and eventually learned shading techniques that helped progress my work.

I was extremely lucky to be around quality artists at SCM. They teached me many different aspects of tattooing which helped with my journey massively.

I’ve found my niche within Illustrative Blackwork Tattoos which is what I enjoy making the most. Including designs I’ve drawn myself or custom requests from clients.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK

Tattooing is only one part of what I create. Alongside custom tattoos, I produce original illustrations and limited edition art prints inspired by the same themes and visual style found throughout my work. Whether you're looking to collect an original drawing or bring a piece of my artwork into your home, selected originals and prints are available to purchase online.

Resident Artist in Manchester & London

I currently tattoo at Tooth and Talon in Manchester and South City Market in London, giving clients the flexibility to book appointments in either city. Splitting my time between both cities allows me to work with different creative communities while making my work more accessible to clients across the UK.
